This exercise seems basic, but it has the power to melt away tension. Lying on your back, pull your knees up to your chest and hug them with your arms. Stay in this position, breathing slowly.
This movement creates a slight compression that works like a gentle massage. The body learns to release what has accumulated below: tension, pressure, fatigue. It is especially useful for men – it is precisely those areas that need a soothing touch that receive it.
After 3-4 minutes, you will feel the changes: your breathing becomes deeper, your body is warmer, and your mind is quieter. It is a way of saying to yourself: “I am here. I am listening.” And the body responds with gratitude.
